GPS signal can be affected greatly depend on the environment. And it is very unlikely to have any GPS signal when you are indoor.
Your device setting also may block the application to receive the GPS signal. Please check your setting. Normally it will be under the location service. Check if the vision+ app is granted the permission to access your location.
Also check the top cap of the PowerEgg. The antenna is located within the top cap. If no obvious damage can be observed, the antenna should be working perfectly.
